Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Due to high volumes of orders expect potential delays. Unfortunately we do not have any control over your package after it has been dropped off to the U.S. Post Office.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

As of right now we offer international shipping to select countries. Please check before ordering to see which countries we're able to ship to. Hoping to add countries not offered now, in the future to. Thank you. 

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders within the Greenville, North Carolina areas.

Deliveries are made from 9am to 4pm on days specified by owner. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival and the time and place.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at emmaleighjewelry@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
